Man sought on Canada-wide warrant

OPP are seeking the public’s help locating a man wanted on a federal warrant for breaching the conditions of his parole.
Michael Kim, 25, who is serving a two year and two month sentence for assault causing bodily harm, break and enter and three thefts and failing to comply with his probation order, is known to frequent Kingston, Toronto, London and Windsor.
He described is a southeast Asian man who stands at about 5-foot-5 and weighs 150 lbs.
He has short black hair and brown eyes.
He also has a tattoo on the left side of his neck that says “Time is Money”, as well as tattoos of a religious symbol on his left upper arm and a crown on his right forearm.
